We do not own vehicles directly. The rental agreement is concluded between the customer and the selected rental provider.
2. Rental Locations
Vehicles may be rented at:
- Airport locations
- City pickup points
- Hotel delivery within Al Khor
- Custom delivery locations where available
Availability of delivery options depends on the selected rental provider.
3. Main Advantages
Our platform offers the following benefits depending on the selected vehicle and supplier:

- Free cancellation

4. Booking Process
To rent a vehicle through our website, the customer must:
- Specify the pickup and return location
- Select rental dates and times
- Choose a vehicle category
- Select additional options such as no deposit, no credit card required, insurance coverage, or child seat
- Provide accurate driver contact information
- Confirm the booking by paying 15% to 20% of the total rental cost
After successful payment, a confirmation voucher will be sent to the provided email address. The voucher includes booking details, instructions, and contact information of the rental company.
5. Payment Terms
At the time of booking, the customer pays 15% to 20% of the total rental amount through our platform. The remaining balance is paid directly to the rental provider upon vehicle pickup unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
All payments are processed through secure payment systems.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Free cancellation is available in accordance with the conditions specified in the booking confirmation. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the deadline indicated in the voucher.
If eligible, prepaid amounts will be refunded according to the applicable cancellation policy.
7. Driver Requirements
The main driver must meet the age and license requirements established by the selected rental company. A valid driving license and identification documents must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.
Additional drivers may be subject to extra charges depending on the rental provider.
8. Insurance and Additional Services
Insurance options, child seats, and other extras are available depending on the selected vehicle and provider. The scope of insurance coverage is defined by the rental company and specified in the rental agreement.
9. Liability
RosCar Al Khor is not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of the rental providers. Any disputes related to the vehicle condition, damages, fines, or rental terms must be resolved directly with the rental company.
We are responsible solely for facilitating the booking process through our website.
10. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. Incorrect details may result in cancellation or refusal of vehicle delivery.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
